Preconstruction Planning

In the preconstruction phase we focus on the financial viability of a project, continuously providing sound advice to our clients through financial projections as well as preparing applicable contract documents while conforming to the latest JBCC requirements.

Construction Cost Management

During the construction phase we aim to ensure quality by working closely with all major parties involved through contract administration and cost control, reducing the chances of project overruns by valuing completed work and arranging payments to the appropriate parties.

Final Account Settling

At the end of the construction phase we conclude the project by carefully evaluating work completed and settling any outstanding amounts due to the client of contractor, for work done on site.

CHS Quantity Surveyors was originally established in 1980 and has since then continued to grow as a business and evolve to the ever changing world of construction.

The company has a unique and professional team, with a combined knowledge and experience of over 40 years, capable to deliver a range of professional services on various projects conforming to traditional quantity surveying practices, evolving to individual project requirements for large businesses as well as small enterprises in both the public and private sector.
